De Zeemeermin zonder hoofd

A hall, a kitchen, two long tables.

At Nieuw & Meer Mik cooks in a studio that is not a restaurant and not a hall for hire. You have the place to yourselves: candlelight, an open kitchen, herringbone parquet.

The studio laid for dinner, with candlesticks and an open kitchen

Private dining in the studio, Oude Haagseweg 75.

How it goes

An evening here.

  1. You email or WhatsApp the date, the party and what you have in mind. Mik sends a proposal.
  2. You arrive at Nieuw & Meer. Parking is free; the door opens by appointment.
  3. Cooking happens in sight. Bread from his own kitchen, produce regional where it can be.
  4. You sit it out, or stand with a glass — the room is yours until the lights go out.
