Guest chef Adriaan van Raab — game menu

Around Mik, chef friends cook along. Each session one guest chef is at the centre and shapes the menu. On 3 October that is Adriaan van Raab of restaurant Le Hollandais: game, sausages, cassoulet and offal. To mark the autumn: a game menu with a welcome glass and amuse. Our wines are good and fairly priced.

Interested? Sign up through the form. You receive the menu once it is set, then you can book for good. Only those who sign up get the menu.

From the A4 / Schiphol

Vanaf A4 Schiphol: afrit Sloten, rechtsaf (eerste afrit) richting Schinkel / Slotervaart. Bij de T-splitsing rechtsaf (bij de halte van bus 397). Busbaan uitrijden — links staat een groot roze kunstobject — rechtsaf, de weg volgen tot de T-splitsing voor de Ringvaart. Links onder de brug, de weg langs het water tot de slagboom en het bord “Jachthaven Driessen” (pijl naar links). Ga rechtdoor tussen het voetbalveld en het water, na het hek linksaf: daar is de kookstudio.

From the A10 ring

Vanaf Ring A10 de A4 op richting Schiphol, uitrit 1 richting Sloten. Aan het einde met de rotonde mee onder de snelweg, eerste toegestane afrit richting Schinkel / Slotervaart. Bij de T-splitsing rechtsaf (halte bus 397). Busbaan uitrijden — links het roze kunstobject — rechtsaf tot de T-splitsing voor de Ringvaart. Links onder de brug, langs het water tot de slagboom en “Jachthaven Driessen”. Rechtdoor tussen voetbalveld en water, na het hek linksaf.
